"Simply put, the Ski Friends tours were the most outstanding aspect of my Lake Louise ski experience. They are what sets it apart from other resorts. I would have had no way of knowing where the best snow was to be found on any given day were it not for the tours. In the course of five tours I met more than ten guides, and without exception they were friendly, hospitable, informative and responsive to requests. If I have the opportunity to return to Lake Louise, it is the Ski Friends tours that will most entice me to do so."

"Today was the first time skiing at Lake Louise. When we arrived at the hill, we were greeted by Colleen who demonstrated her knowledge of the area and the sensitivity to make new comers feel at home. She suggested that we should join the Ski Friends party to discover the beauty and the safe challenge this mountain can offer. So we joined Jeff & Judy who took charge and led us around the terrain for an amazing experience. What a day and how blessed we were to be surrounded by such supportive and engaging professionals. MERCI!"

"The best guided tour I could ask for, I would have PAID for this kind of treatment! The guides were so friendly and kind to everyone, made sure each person was comfortable and welcomed, great chats about the area and mountain. They showed me places I never would have found on my own! They made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated! I went alone the day I skied with them. I cannot stress this enough but TAKE THE TOUR! You will not regret it whatever level you may be I promise it is so worth it! Side Note: Lake Louise - you are a gem and the Ski Friends make you shine!!"
