Welcome to the beginning of our 2025-26 season. Your Board of Directors and I are looking forward to an awesome year with a lot of opportunities to make people happy.
Our annual general meeting officially starts the year off. It will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, September 28th at the Westgate Community Association Hall 4943 8 Ave SW, Calgary.
The meeting will be in person or via Zoom . I have attached several important documents for the meeting. Please review them and feel free to come with questions if there are any. We will be pleased to try and answer them.
